ITV Are Taking A Look

Michaela Hennessy-Vas, the Commissioning Editor (Comedy) at ITV, stated she would be happy to take a look at our film. Fingers crossed then.

New Website Goes Live

The site was becoming a little dated, so welcome to the new and improved version. The press, radio and television posts have been relocated to here.

Festivals - What Can One Say?

The festival did have a few good films and had there been a category for main stream comedy, we may have faired better. Our primary objective had been to prove we could produce a quality product with no external funding. We did all that and we’re very proud of our achievement. It was an interesting experience.

Marbella International Film Festival

Our next big thing will be to see how we fair against the competition. Screening times for BLACK FOREST GATEUA are as follows:-
5pm Thursday 2nd October - film shown to VIP's at the Puente Romano Hotel.
6pm Friday 3rd October - film shown to public at Puerto Banus Cinema.

The Movie Premiere

Ext Salon
Our Salon Varietés movie premiere went down extremely well and was a total sell out. After the show,  many people were asking when it would be on again, because they would like to see it again.  Lot's of people were also asking where/when they could buy the DVD. For more photos, click HERE.

It's A Sell Out

Amazing, but true. All 300 seats for the premiere at the Salon on 13th September are gone. All we need now is for all these people to like what they see.

Internet Movie Database (IMDb)

It may not mean much to most people, but I've been trying to get Black Forest Gateau on the IMDB for the past 12 months.  Its finally happened.  So now its official - our film has movie status! Click HERE to see it.

Marbella Film Festival - Entry Accepted

We are proud to be informed that our film has been approved to be screened at Marbella International Film Festival, 2nd to 5th October, 2008.

The acceptence letter says... “Over 400 films from 45 countries were submitted for the preliminary stage of this festival. These films are presenting some of the best independent productions, by talented film makers from all over the world. Judges had some very difficult decisions to make while reducing the number of such high calibre applicants to only 40 or so films to be awarded the screening status at the festival.”
